Terms and Conditions
By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. MRT Studio Ltd T/A KidsPod reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms of use & you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates on subsequent visits.
All orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Any email or other acknowledgment of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email. MRT Studio Ltd T/A KidsPod reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
Delivery of Goods
• The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. Delivery may be affected in one or more instalments. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.
• Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing. You must inform us in writing (by post or email) within 48 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing.
• If an item is damaged on a delivery, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and email sales@kidspod.co.uk with the details. Do not refuse the delivery. If you refuse a delivery you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items.
• We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland addresses only. Areas outside this area will incur a delivery charge. We will advise you of this charge once you place your order.
• Some items will be on a Next Day Delivery service which is available on orders received before 12.00 Midday from Monday - Thursday. Orders received after 12.00 Midday on Friday and weekend orders will be processed on Mondays and despatched for delivery on the Tuesday.
• There will be one attempt to deliver your goods. In some cases, delivery will be done via Royal Mail Recorded or in most cases by Business Post. Underlivered goods delivered by courier will be returned to the courier depot or left at a neighbour in which case a note will be left for your attention. Items that will require a second attempt delivery will need authorisation from KidsPod and in this case the customer will incur a second attempt delivery charge. This delivery charge is capped at £5. Alternatively, the customer can collect from the depot at no extra charge. To avoid non delivery disapointment, please ensure someone is able to sign for the goods on delivery which is usually next day if ordered before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.
• Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, www.kidspod.co.uk accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.
• In such cases MRT Studio Ltd T/A KidsPod will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order with sufficient lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment. On occasion we may need to send consignments as part orders with back order items to follow. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Availability
All our products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the product to you we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.
Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typing error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. MRT Studio Ltd T/A KidsPod will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We do not accept any liability for the accuracy of the images.
