KidsPod are happy to refund or exchange items that are returned back to us within 14 days excludes mattresses & cardboard toys unless the packaging is clearly unopened. Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any returns of exchanges after this date. Please ensure returned items are unused and its in original packaging, including labels that are intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage & packaging and will not charge you for carriage on exchanged items. We recommend that you send back items via a trackable service such as Special Delivery from Royal Mail or at the very least, obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Return Notes

Refunded items must be new & unused. Must have no marks or wear on the tags. The item has to be returned in a sealable condition.

KidsPod will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. 

All items purchased on the KidsPod web site must be returned to our head office at the responsibility of the sender. KidsPod cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Exchange Notes

Exchanges will be honoured subject to product availability & the customer will incur any despatching costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability.

All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting www.sales@kidspod.co.uk with 'EXCHANGE followed by your purchase reference number' in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

How to proceed with your return or exchange
Please email us at sales@kidspod.co.uk to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE followed by purchase reference number. Indicate whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc. Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request and send to our head office address. Please send your returns or exchanges to: KidsPod, 615 Lea Bridge Road, London E10 6AJ.

Receiving a refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our exchange & returns criteria’s. Items which have not met these criteria will be sent back to the owner. KidsPod will process authorised refunds by original payment method within 7 working days, including delivery costs where applicable. KidsPod will notify you via email to confirm these actions. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from KidsPod.
